Democracy & Governance

Determining Our Priorities
Washington doesn’t have a revenue problem; it has a spending problem. The IRS is taking in record-breaking revenue year-over-year, but the government is spending more money than ever before.

We need to rein in this out-of-control spending and make sure we are meeting the obligations people expect. For every tens of millions or billions of dollars spent on a government program that no one knows about and no one benefits from, we lose the opportunity to make Social Security and Medicare solvent, programs that people not only know about but rely on to live.

Every department and program should have to show some return on the investment Congress gives them. Instead, we take their previous budget and add to it, never questioning its utility or the difference it makes. Ending this practice and engaging in zero-based budgeting will help curtail spending.

The Constitution and Rule of Law
I have been a responsible firearm owner for years and support an individual’s 2nd Amendment right to protect and defend themselves.

As a mother of three and now a new grandmother, I know that life is precious and am pro-life, with exceptions for rape, incest, and the life of the mother.

I support our police and first responders and will never accept support from an organization that seeks to defund our police.

I believe in an individual’s right to peaceful assembly to protest, but I do not believe that gives you the right to riot or cause property damage.

As a business owner that dealt with draconian COVID mandates from Governor Sisolak, I believe in an individual’s ability to decide their own vulnerability to COVID and chart a path that’s best for themselves and their family.

Election Integrity
I believe that the right to vote is sacred and must be protected at all costs.

We must ensure the utmost integrity at the ballot box, and that is why I support passing common-sense measures like Voter ID. You need an ID to buy a beer, board an airplane, and purchase a firearm. Why shouldn’t you need an ID to vote?

I also support banning dangerous practices like ballot harvesting, which allow people you don’t know to take your ballot and supposedly submit it on your behalf.

Big government liberals in DC are pushing to federalize our elections, and have even gone as far as to introduce legislation that would give your tax dollars to politicians to fund their campaigns. That is absurd, and cannot become law.

Economy & Jobs

Jobs For The Middle Class And An Economy That Works For Everyone
Nevada’s economy is struggling. We top the list of states with the highest unemployment, inflation is reducing the purchasing power of families, and the price of gas is eating into the budgets of individuals and businesses.

We’ve gone from an economy that was lifting up the middle class to one that is shrinking it. We must build for the economy of the future by ensuring we have trade and vocational schools that fill blue-collar job needs, removing red tape that stifles innovation and growth, and a tax structure that encourages our entrepreneurial spirit.

Additionally, we must bring critical pieces of our supply chain back to our shores and not let China hold us hostage during a crisis. This will bring middle-class jobs back to America and ensure we have the goods we want when we need them.

Environment & Energy

Energy Independence For A Stronger America
Having a robust, all-of-the-above energy strategy ensures America can remain energy independent and will ease the price you pay at the pump. The Biden Administration has taken the opposite approach by canceling pipelines and ending oil and gas leases.

With gas prices at an all-time high, the cost of everything is increasing. For example, if a company transports its goods by truck, the cost of shipping those goods goes up, resulting in higher costs for the consumer. And everyone is feeling the pain when they fill up the car to take the kids to school, go to work, or drive to buy those goods that now cost more.

By ensuring America’s energy independence, we protect our national security and remove foreign governments’ potential control over our energy production.

Solving Our Homelessness Crisis
Far too many of our fellow Nevadans struggle with homelessness. Many are in situations they could never have imagined themselves in, whether losing a job, struggling with substance abuse, fleeing a bad domestic situation, a returning vet, or a child that suffers through no fault of their own. We must tackle this crisis with compassion and marshal the private and public sectors to help solve it.

We need to make sure individuals have access to the mental health and substance abuse facilities and programs they need. We need job counseling that helps individuals who can work find a job and removes the barriers that stop this from happening.

Far too often, with the best of intentions, the government gets in the way and enacts barriers and red tape. This must stop if we are going to solve this crisis.

Health & Education

Patients First Health Care Solutions
Ensuring access to quality health care that allows for individual choice is paramount for every community. By providing more freedom and allowing individuals to purchase insurance plans that best fit their needs, we can reduce costs. We must trust individuals to make the best decisions for themselves, and we cannot hold pre-existing conditions against an individual—we must cover them.

We must fight for price transparency in health care so you can know what things cost before you need them. This will lead to more competition and lower prices.

Individuals should also be allowed to save tax-free, unlimited funds in a Health Savings Account for emergencies.

By enacting these measures, individuals can have greater access to more care at a lower price and more control over their health.

Keeping Our Promises to Seniors
Our government continues to spend trillions of dollars on programs we can’t afford. Much of this money was paid into our government by individuals who are now counting on it as seniors in the form of social security. The government tends to think that the solution is always to print more money, but that does nothing but drive-up inflation. We are putting a strain on our future entitlement programs, and at some point, we will fail to meet those obligations.

We must prioritize spending, just like families do. We have made promises to our seniors, and the reckless spending we see coming out of Washington is endangering those promises.

Putting Parents And Students First In Education
As a mother of three, I know there is nothing more important to our children than a high-quality education, and no one cares more about it than parents. We must empower parents to make the choices that fit their children the best. School Choice is a common-sense approach that allows children to escape failing schools and find a better fit for their individual needs.

Additionally, we need to support our teachers, who go above and beyond to help grow the next generation. Let’s increase the tax deduction for purchasing teaching supplies, and we should spend less money on the educational bureaucracy and put more money in our teachers’ pockets.

We need to keep divisive political arguments, like Critical Race Theory, out of our schools. We should teach our students the good and the bad of our history, not a political theory that seeks to divide and segregate them.

And most importantly, our schools need to remain OPEN.

If we focus on what’s best for our children, we can deliver a world-class education to every student, no matter their race, class, or zip code.

Public Safety

Securing Our Border For Economic and National Security
Our country has every right to secure its borders and decide who enters. This is common sense and practiced all over the world. By completing the wall, we will be able to slow the unprecedented migration along our southern border. We need to eliminate the incentives for people to make the dangerous journey to America.

Another critical reason to secure our borders is the thousands of pounds of fentanyl pouring into our communities. The drug is being trafficked across our border and is ravaging American families.

Immigration is not just a matter of national security; it’s also a matter of economic security. Mass immigration drives down wages and leads to businesses’ cutting corners and taking advantage of individuals.

Protecting America and Honoring Our Veterans
America has been able to endure for generations because of the sacrifices and efforts of our fighting men and women in uniform. Far too often, when our soldiers return home, they do not receive the care they need—whether physical or mental. We must fix our VA system, whatever the cost, whatever red tape we need to cut.

We must never forget the toll going to war takes on our soldiers. That is why I believe we cannot rush into foreign entanglements, but if we do, we need swift action to ensure we minimize our losses.

We need to re-evaluate how we use foreign aid and stop funding countries that are hostile to us or destabilize the rest of the world. We must continue to support Israel and continue the important work started by the Trump Administration with the Abraham Accords.

Politicians like President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have made outlandish promises of free healthcare and government benefits to those who come here illegally. This has caused good people to risk their lives and their children’s lives pursuing these false guarantees.
